The upcoming movie “My Title” has unveiled its first stills!

“My Title” follows the journey of 18-year-old Younger Okay, who longs to shed his old style title, and his mom Jung Quickly, who seeks to get well the painful, long-forgotten reminiscences of Jeju in 1949.

The newly launched stills seize pivotal moments of characters who seem like residing unusual lives in 1998, whereas quietly carrying deep internal turmoil.

Shin Woo Bin stars as Younger Okay, a boy burdened by the stigma of his outdated title. Alongside his shut buddy Min Soo (Choi Jun Woo) and switch pupil Kyung Tae (Park Ji Bin), he turns into entangled in a shifting classroom energy dynamic that creates a tense environment—reflecting the violence of the period.

Yeom Hye Ran performs Jung Quickly, a resilient mom who has raised her son on her personal. As she begins to piece collectively fragments of her erased childhood, she anchors the movie’s deeply emotional mother-son narrative. Her stills, set towards the serene and radiant landscapes of Jeju, create a placing distinction that quietly hints on the tragedy of the spring of 1949.

The sad promise made 78 years in the past—one which compelled Jung Quickly to offer her solely son the title “Younger Okay”—goes past a private story, symbolizing an id stripped away by state violence and a historical past that needed to be endured in silence.

“My Title” is ready to hit theaters on April 15.
