Darwin-born and 27 yr previous Kyle Maher has been grinding since center college, transferring from college bands to highschool gigs, even supporting legends like The Cat Empire and Grinspoon. In 2019, he rocked a solo set at BASSINTHEGRASS with Hilltop Hoods, Amy Shark, and Mallrat, then hit Airlie Seaside Music Competition after taking the W in a Darwin battle of the bands.

After a couple of years sharpening vocals and crafting their sound, Kyle again dropping authentic tracks.

Need Some Extra finds Kyle reflecting on how far he has come. Switching late nights of consuming and smoking for each day fitness center periods. At all times chasing the following stage, he realized happiness isn’t on the end line: it’s a mindset you’re taking management of now, whereas nonetheless on the grind.
