Henley, a longtime chief of the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips road gang and self-proclaimed group activist, is accused of operating a legal enterprise that engaged in numerous racketeering crimes, together with extortion, human trafficking, fraud and homicide.

The legal criticism, unsealed on Tuesday (March 18), alleges that Henley’s group, known as the “Massive U Enterprise,” operated as a mafia-like entity from 2010 to the current.
